  • Account data: Username, email address, hashed password.
  • Search data: Your saved search keywords and price filters.
  • Scraped listings: Willhaben listings matching your searches (title, price, location, URL).
  • Payment data: Stripe customer ID and subscription ID. Payment details (card numbers) are stored by Stripe, not by us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access times in server logs.
3. Purpose of Processing
  • Providing the monitoring and notification service.
  • Processing payments via Stripe.
  • Sending email notifications about new listings.
  • Service improvement and error diagnosis.
4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on:

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for security and service improvement.
5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for session management (login state). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data (searches, items, notifications) is permanently deleted.
